By using mdmfutureworks.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by MDM Future Works LLC (“MDM Future Works,” “we,” “us”), a Nevada limited liability company. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes our business and lets you start a conversation with us. Content on the Site is provided for general information about our services. Submitting the contact form, or receiving a reply from us, does not by itself create a client relationship — engagements are formed only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
No guarantees
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing on the Site is a promise of results. Figures describing markets or opportunities are drawn from cited third-party sources and describe the market as a whole, not outcomes we guarantee. Working with MDM Future Works does not guarantee the award of any contract, federal or otherwise.
Your submissions
When you submit the contact form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to contact you and evaluate your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging (SMS)
MDM Future Works may offer text-message (SMS) updates to clients and prospective clients who opt in. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from MDM Future Works about your inquiry, engagement, or account. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Site’s content — including the MDM Future Works name, logo, imagery, and text — belongs to MDM Future Works LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
